• Modular design: A wide range of models and accessories, of modular design to fit most camping vehicles and user needs. The operation of all models is similar with variations in the shape, size and configuration for the user to select from.
• 12V Operation: The CoolCamper runs on a 12V power supply with low energy consumption.
• Battery-Powered: Long-term operation is possible using batteries from your camping vehicle, complemented by a suitably sized solar charging system.
• Evaporative Cooling: Dry, hot air from the outdoor environment passes through a water-saturated pad, cooling down according to evaporative theory. This process consumes significantly less energy than refrigeration-based air conditioners.
• Effective Airflow: The high-volume cool air is directed into the living area, while hot air is expelled through ventilation openings. Keep doors and windows open for a comfortable indoor environment.
• Clean and Humidified Air: The cool air passes through the living area once without recirculation, maintaining a clean, humidified atmosphere.
• Integrated Water System: The cooling unit uses a small amount of water for the evaporative process. The water supply comes from the camping vehicle’s water pump system, maintaining a minimum water level in a dedicated tank.
• Effortless Operation: The control system is optimized for convenient, efficient long-term use, requiring no intervention after initial setup. The operation of all models includes a manual speed selection and an automatic operating selection which adjust the fan speed or start stop the unit based on the internal temperature of the unit. A sleep mode is also available to shut down the unit at a preset time.
