The Olifant is designed specifically for the Qonquerer Comander caravan, and may also fit onto similar caravan models with sloped rear end panels. This 12V cooling unit offers an elegant solution for the Comander, using minimal storage space and providing a seamless aesthetic blend with the profile of the caravan. Available in one size only, the Olifant is a sleek and stylish addition to the exterior of the caravan. With its efficient cooling capabilities, the Olifant ensures that your Conquerer caravan stays cool and comfortable during your outdoor adventures.

Featuring the latest Generation 2 (2024) control system for maximum energy efficiency the Olifant is now equiped with two fans while still consuming less power than its predecessor, allowing to run at lower speed while delivering more air at less overall power usage. The new controlls is develop to support convenient and efficient operation of the cooling unit, minimising power consumption while maximising the cooling benefit, llowing for fully automatic operation or manual control with a sleep function. In automatic operation the unit will start, control fan speed and stop based on the temperature inside the living space. The system can be easily operated with an ON/OFF switch, handheld remote control, or an optional touch screen interface for added convenience.

The unit is bolted to the sloped flat back surfase, also resting in the rear "storage tray". DO NOT dril into the unit. Contact us for assitance and supervision during installation.
The following apply:

Ensure the use of dringing water quality in the cooler. Do not use dirty or puluter water.

The unit must be positioned at a near level position while operating for best efficiancy.

Oper water supply and swich on / connect the power prior to use. It is advisable to turn off the water and power supply to the unit during traveling. Do not use the cooling unit while traveling

The unit shoud not be used in accessive dusty conditions. Dust colected in the water should be draind off to prevent settlement in the long run. Allow the unit to fill the tank and drain water out. this can be repeated a view times until drain water is clean

Drain the unit and allow the pad and tank to dry fully (few days) when the unit is stored before doors are closed.

Prior to use, after long term storage, ensure tat the pad is clean and dry.

The pad is a consumable that shoud be replaced ones a year if used frequently, however if cared for, the pad can last for years. Inspect the pad and replace when signs of dirt or damage is evedent.
